We obtained our Schagerl trumpets at the 2011 Schagerl Brass Festival in Melk and they are some of the finest instruments that we have ever played. Thanks to Karl and Robert Schagerl for the world class workmanship, design, and service.

"As an American piston trumpet player, playing rotary instruments has always been a chore. Terrible intonation, inconsistent color from pitch to pitch and stuffy feel were the price to pay to get a good German sound. This has all changed with my Horsdorf-Heavy. Stellar intonation and an even consistent feel provide me a warm but vibrant clarion sound which I (and my music directors) absolutely adore. Instead of dreading the next Brahms or Beethoven symphony, I now look forward to it and search for new opportunities to use this incredible instrument. Thanks to Schagerl Meisterinstrumente!"

Best wishes and thanks for making such a great instrument!
